    Dr. Dodie Arnold is a multilingual, creative public health professional with 20+ years of progressive leadership in epidemiology, evaluation, and health policy fields. She's a proven visionary with the ability to oversee teams, implement processes, manage risk, and triage workflow. Dr. Arnold is a respected leader and cross-functional collaborator who excels at instilling vision among diverse stakeholders including legislators, state and federal agencies, philanthropy, and community action groups globally.

    Her work is centered on environmental stewardship, outdoor inclusion, and building wellness and capacity within systematically oppressed communities and organizations that serve them. This includes identifying and educating others on institutionalized racism and dismantling it through intentional policy change. She is the Founder and CEO of the climate justice and inclusion-focused nonprofit organization, Arnold Climate & Resilience (Arnold CR), and the public health and social justice-focused consulting firm, Intended Impact, serves on the Ontario (Canada) Public Health Association's Committee on Anti-Racism, and is a verified descendant of the Georgetown University 272.

    Dr. Arnold an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at Southern New Hampshire University and Benedictine University.

    Érica has been recognized by health and human services, the office of regulatory affairs, and the FDA for her facilitation and IDEA efforts. They are a community organizer, specifically in social, disability and reproductive justice advocate.

    Annette is a member of Ski California DEI Task Force and a constituent of Snowsports Industries America’s Inclusion Committee. She has spent over a decade fostering and developing marginalized communities. Annette is deeply committed to finding healing in the outdoors and empowering other women of color to do the same. Her writing about diversity and inclusion in the outdoors has been published by the Mountaineers magazine, SKI magazine, PSIA/AASI 32 degrees magazine.
